Can't Install Antivirusone day while doing regular activities(facebook, steam games) on my computer i heard some ad start playing in the background. i thought it was itunes or an internet tab but closed all of that and it still went on and was clearly a web ad. that problem expanded into blocking of anti virus programs, especially any internet downloads by means of redirecting the browser to a fake spyware site, specifically through ask.com. if anyone has past experience with such a virus and problems i would greatly appreciate any and all help. thanks!
